Tomorrow is the first day in November and before we know it, December will be upon us.
Mark your calendars! I am excited to announce, John Farris is hosting the Christmas Party on Saturday, December 7, 2019. More details will be forthcoming in the next week.
We would like your input regarding the social events for 2020. Our goal is to offer social events that will attract the most attendance. Currently, the following have been suggested:
Progressive Brunch or Dinner Theater International Restaurant
Wine & cheese Picnic Ice Cream social
Bunco
Your suggestions are important to us. Please call or text Berta Wagstaff at 710-4448 or email her at vets4vets@aol.com no later than Saturday, November 9, 2019.
The list of suggestions will be voted on at the Holiday event.
Always looking for members who are young at heart, enjoy having a good time, and would like to assist in recruiting new members. Please let Berta Wagstaff know of your desire to be part of the social committee. We will be meeting in January to plan for the 6 social events in 2020.
